Start-Up and Commissioning

Today's condensing boilers are not plug and play equipment - especially at our altitudes and with propane gas. To provide your customer with the cleanest running and most efficient equipment your boilers require a combustion analysis and tuning to run within your manufacturer's specifications.

If you are not equipped or trained to do this let Simple Hydronics do it for you! Simple Hydronics has been performing combustion tuning and setup on residential and commercial boilers for almost two decades and is certified by multiple boiler manufacturers. We utilize the latest in combustion analyzer technology and provide you with digital reports illustrating the combustion and efficiency of your boiler at high and low fire conditions.

NOTE: THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS, WE DO NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE TO HOMEOWNERS. INSTALLER MUST BE ON-SITE AT TIME OF COMBUSTION SETUP. SIMPLE HYDRONICS WILL NOT ADDRESS INSTALLATION ISSUES THAT DO NOT ALLOW FOR PROPER COMBUSTION SET-UP - THESE MUST BE ADDRESSED BY THE INSTALLER.

Residential Boiler Combustion

We offer residential combustion tuning and documentation. When you install a new boiler let us set it up! Documentation for your records and your homeowner is provided.

Residential System Commissioning

If you want or need to document the functionality of your radiant system we will verify that al zones work with thermal imaging and balance your zones for the best output. This is an add on to your combustion testing.

Commercial Start-Up Services

We currently offer Factory Authorized Start-Up services for Laars Heating Systems and Grundfos Pump Corporation.
