Control Design

A vast majority of residential mechanical engineered plans simply do not provide the information your team needs to provide a functional control system.  We believe in utilizing "off the shelf" controls from major manufacturers in order to provide allow for future service and ease of obtaining the controls.

 

Control Design Drawings:

Our Control Designs will analyze the Engineer's intended control sequence and mechanical system then provide you with:

• A layout plan for what wires need to be pulled where during rough-in.

• A selection of "off the shelf" controls that will make your system function as designed.  No proprietary controls are utilized - we believe in serviceability of the systems and availability of parts.

• A set of easy to follow, easy to install control plans featuring point to point wiring diagrams for all of your mechanical equipment.

• A Programming Plan outlining the intended settings in each controller/thermostat/device.

Control Commissioning:

We can provide an option to visit your jobsite after the installation to program and verify operation of the control system that we designed.

Control Panels - Build Out Service:

Our Control Panel Build Out offering will take our Control Design Drawings and provide with a plug and play control option.  We will pre-wire the major controllers on a panel enclosure that can be transported and hung at your jobsite.  All connection points will be labelled and the controls will be pre-programmed.  This option will also include a commissioning visit.
